Based on the »Edelsans« which has indeed a fashionable and clear character, but is kind of unspectacular, the »Singula Compressed« goes one step further to become an unique display font.
Equipped with some alternate signs, several OpenType-features and its – despite being compressed – wide open counters, »Singula Compressed« offers an alternation for common narrow Grotesque fonts like »Univers compressed Thin«.
A narrowed variety of the »Edelsans«, scaled to 40% of its width, is the fundament for »Singula Compressed«.
