Nicht Zeichen mit Tropfenserifen, sondern Tropfenserifen mit Buchstaben.
Die »Cojonna« vereint die Eleganz und statische Ruhe einer klassizistischen Antiqua mit der organischen Dynamik verspielter Schwünge und ausgeprägten, schmuckvollen Tropfen. Ausgangspunkt für »Cojonna« Schrift ist eine Didot mit klassizistischen Serifen, hohem Strichstärkenkontrast und ausladenden Ober- und Unterlängen.
In großen Schriftgraden und kurzen Textzeilen entfaltet sich der Charakter der »Cojonna« und lässt sich als Displayschrift für dekorative und verspielte Schriftzüge im Editorialdesign, der Gestaltung von Signets oder Verpackungen verwenden.
Besonderheiten
Die zahlreichen Ligaturen sorgen für ein leidenschaftliches und rhythmisches Schriftbild. Verschmelzungen an weniger üblichen Verbindungen übertragen den schwungvollen Charakter auf vorherige und folgende Zeichen.

Sehr schön! Besonders die Ligaturen. Und tatsächlich am Rande der Lesbarkeit. Bin mal auf die Ziffern gespannt. Ob es da wohl auch Ligaturen zu geben wird? :)

the “Cojonna” typeface is not completely finished – despite all the ligatures – the capital-letters and the numbers are still missing.
but the font is working well for some display use.
1. the few for commercial licence of the up-to-now-version is € 22.00. via mail and paypal.
2. i’m going to work on this font and it will published in 2011 for about € 40.00.
