KONZEPT

»TJ Evolette A« ist experimentell, elegant und klar. Die geometrisch konstruierte und groteske Versalschrift zeichnet sich durch zwei zusätzlich integrierte, extravagante Varianten an Alternativzeichen für das gesamte Alphabet sowie überraschend gestaltete Sonderzeichen aus.

BESONDERHEITEN


Die schlichte Linear-Antiqua mit humanistischen Proportionen eröffnet gute Kombinationsmöglichkeiten zwischen dem normalen Alphabet der »TJ Evolette A« und den beiden alternativen Alphabeten – eine Interpretation des Art Déco gemixt mit den gradlinigen Formen historischer Runenschriften.
Durch die Zeichenmischung werden ungewohnte und extrovertierte Kreationen im Editorial Design und der Plakatgestaltung ermöglicht.

OpenType Features der TJ Evolette A, Stylistic Set, Alternative, Variante, geometrische Sans Serif mit vielen Alternativ Zeichen, von Timo Titzmann, Jakob Runge, Runen, Art Deco
Durch OpenType-Programmierung lassen sich die Standardzeichen schnell gegen die beiden Sets der Alternativzeichen auswechseln. Auch einzelne Zeichen können über die Glyphen-Palette individuell durch die verknüpften Varianten ausgetauscht werden.

Zeichensatz

Die Schrift umfasst sieben dicht abgestufte Schnitte (von hairline bis bold), um in der Gestaltung alle Optionen offen zu lassen. Unterstützt werden die gängigen Zeichensätze von Mittel-, Ost- und West-Europa. Durch OpenType sind alle 446 Zeichen optimal nutzbar.


Auf Nachfrage ist die komplette Schriftfamilie (direkt über uns) – im Tausch gegen Font-in-Use Material – in studentischen und nicht kommerziellen Projekten kostenlos nutzbar.

    Really nice work you have done here. The modern contemporary font you’ve created, with the classic black & white photography really works is this piece!
